1. Fitness assessment...... Your safety is paramount and will not be compromised. All new clients must undergo a Full Assessment, Partial Assessment, or receive written clearance from a physician
  2. What are the benefits of in-home or office personal training programs?

    Maximize your time....

In-home training eliminates the commute to/from a facility. Each session is pre-planned and designed to make the most of your time.

    Maximize your rate of progression.
    ...
All too often, people arrive at the gym with no plan in mind and randomly decide what exercises to perform. This is both ineffective and time wasting. Your in-home personal trainer will closely monitor your development, selecting the proper exercises and making adjustments to maximize your rate of progression.

    Privacy....
The atmosphere at traditional health clubs can sometimes be overwhelming and uncomfortable. Because we understand this concern, client privacy and confidentiality is respected at all times.

    Accountability....
Your trainer will create a program specific to your needs and goals, schedule time to spend with you, and travel to your home. With much time and energy invested in helping you achieve your goals, you will be expected to put forth a good effort and perform to the best of your ability. Giving less than 100% effort is not an option for your trainer, nor will it be an option for you!

  3. Do you charge tax? Yes all sessions are taxed by law
  4. What areas do you service? We are located in the Western part of Connecticut but service other areas of the state also.
