These rates are for in home personal training only

1 PERSON, 1 HOUR SESSIONS:

1 Session $80 per hour 
4 Sessions $75 per hour 
8 Sessions $70 per hour 
16 Sessions $65 per hour 

2 PEOPLE 1 HOUR SESSIONS:

1 Session $130 per hour
4 Sessions $125 per hour 
8 Sessions $120 per hour 
16 Sessions $110 per hour 

Anything beyond 2 people or groups contact us for special pricing....

CANCELLATION OR REFUND POLICY:
All we ask is 24 hours notice is given to cancel or re-schedule a session.  All cancelled sessions will be re-scheduled. If notice is given, extensions will be made for travel, vacations, etc.

Personal training sessions are non-transferable and unused sessions are non-refundable.
